Our work is concentrated in Brevard County. Staying inside one county is deliberate. Soil, drainage, and construction era vary enough between neighbourhoods here that local familiarity is worth more than covering a wider map.

Brevard is long and narrow, and the ground changes as you move across it. The barrier island is sand with the water table close under it. Inland, you get older fill, former grove and pasture land, and subdivisions built decades apart on ground that was prepared to whatever the standard was at the time.
That shows up in the work. Beachside, the recurring theme is drainage on small lots and sand that moves in heavy weather. Inland and newer, it's more often compaction and fill history. In the older inland neighbourhoods it's mature trees and irrigation sitting right against the slab edge.
None of that changes what a crack is. It changes what's likely to have caused it, and that's the part that determines whether a repair holds.
The list above is where most of our work is. It isn't a boundary. If you're elsewhere in Brevard County or just outside it, call and ask.
Worst case we tell you it's outside what we cover and point you somewhere else, which still beats not knowing.
If we cover it we'll say so, and if we don't we'll say that instead.
